The user of the Zunzum website (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may register on the company's website, providing some information.
Registration of Files and Forms
Under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of Law no. 67/98 from October 26th are intended to be used in current and future selection and recruitment processes of Marlene Vieira, being responsible for their treatment the Portuguese company called Marlene Vieira, LDA, headquartered at Av. Almirante Reis, nº 248 – 5º Esq, 1000-057 Lisbon. Through this form, I acknowledge and give my express consent that the personal data collected, by virtue of the aforementioned purpose, are intended to be introduced and processed, automatically or not: by Marlene Vieira”. Under the terms of the information provided above, I declare that I consent to the processing of personal data to the company, to which I expressly authorize to transfer the respective data to the aforementioned recipients, limiting said consent to the fulfillment of the purposes indicated herein. The consent provided herein is extended to other companies of the Marlene Vieira group.
Accuracy and reliability of the information provided
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Company are true and accurate, and the User is responsible for notifying the Company of any changes thereto.
The security measures relating to the data provided herein are those defined in Articles 14 and 15 of Law No. 67/98, whereby users can exercise their rights of access and rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data now provided.

The user undertakes to use his username and password diligently and to keep them secret. The user assumes exclusive responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of his username and password, personally assuming any activities that are carried out or that occur through the use of them.
The user can cancel and deactivate their registration at any time using their username and password.
Acceptance and approval
The user declares that he has been informed of the data protection conditions, accepts and consents to its automated processing by the Company, in the manner and for the purposes described in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
In compliance with law nº 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform you that, for the resolution of consumer disputes, the arbitration committee of Turismo de Portugal or any of the entities duly indicated in the list provided by the Directorate General for Consumers must be contacted.
