Zunzum closes Pop-ups 2024 with Bruno Caseiro
There is love after psychology and, for Bruno Caseiro, that love was the kitchen. With three open spaces, Cavalariça (Comporta and Évora), and more recently CAV 86 (Lisbon), the chef is the guest at the November Pop-up.
Like Chef Marlene Vieira, he too has been creating a seasonal and sustainable cuisine, intrinsically connected to small and, whenever possible, close producers. Portuguese flavour is the main ingredient. From his suggestions, you can expect flavour, textures, complexity and, of course, vegetables, his passion.
On 22 November, dinner will be served at Zunzum, in what will be the last Pop-up of the year. As usual, it will cost €85 pax, with wine pairing and welcome drink included.
